Continuing on the Lego Land Rover scene from an earlier post on How To Make a Lego Range Rover, I have found quite a few interesting examples of Lego Land Rovers.

First, here's a Lego Land Rover Series truck by Bill Wards:

Quote: "It’s a little bigger than most minifig-scale vehicles, and at 7-wide (really 8 if you include the fenders and bumper) it’s a bit big for standard LEGO roads. But I think it has all the elements that readily identify it as a Land Rover from the 1960’s-70’s era."

Want to improve the performance of you 1990's Rover?  J.E. Robison owns an independent Land Rover service center in Massachusetts, USA and he provides an interesting article / review guide about installing a Superchip upgraded performance chip in your Rover.  It covers Superchip upgrades for 1995-1999 Range Rovers with GEMS engine management, 1996-1999 Discovery I models, and 1997 Land Rover Defenders.

J.E. Robison of Robison Service in Massachusetts  provides a timely article on prepping your Land Rover for hot summer weather.  He discusses summer driving tips and how to make sure your air conditioning and cooling systems are in tip top shape.  He reports on a little bit of this and that too, including Range Rover keys and some recalls from Land Rover.

Frode H. Haaland wrote this excellent article with pictures on Adjusting the Swivel Pin Preload on a Land Rover Discovery.

He covers what preload is, diagnosis to see if it will effect the steering on the Disco in question, and then walks you thru the whole job, and even provides extra notes, a parts and tools needed list,  and cost estimates.
