i own a 1996 range rover hse. im having an alram problem the car wont start because the engine is disabled. i have a key to rest the alarm but i think that the becm under the passenger seat is fried only half the fuses work the windows go up and down except for one of them the screen in the dash doesnt light up or its dim. the power lock doesnt work and the front passenger door is stuck locked and wont open i really dont know what the problem is hopefully some one can help me thanks!

Sounds like it has multiple problems, and I do not understand why you necessarily think the becm is bad.
The screen in the dash probably just needs a new bulb. It probably has not gotten a new bulb before because it is a pain to open up that area just to change a bulb.
The doors and windows probably each have separate isolated problems connected to bad window motors or the like.
I would suggest taking it to a repair shop that specializes in Land Rovers and have them check it out. Most of those problems are not super expensive by themselves, except for the becm, but I suspect the becm is probably not the problem. just my 2 cents.
