Jaguar Land Rover is hiring pretty much all the time, for reference you can search positions here.  As of November 15th, 2010 they had 27 positions listed under experienced hires - from powertrain engineers to web designers to hybrid battery technical specialists.

They are also looking to hire 135 college graduates next September (although that may be old, and refer to this September, but it seems to be a recurring need:

Next September 135 graduates will start a journey with us. The plan is for 80 of these graduates to be in Product Development Engineering, 20 in Manufacturing, 10 in Purchasing, 10 in Finance and 5 in each of HR, IT and Marketing, Sales & Service.
